Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Master Complex Problem-Solving: Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and research into Trimble’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to resolve high-impact hardware and software issues.
- Drive Product Innovation: Identify and report software bugs and usability trends, directly influencing the quality and capabilities of future product releases.
- Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Provide high-level technical support via phone, email, and chat, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions for a diverse global audience.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to maintain visibility on critical ongoing issues.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated success in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex systems across multiple operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Android.
- Database & Scripting Knowledge: Hands-on experience using and troubleshooting SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting languages.
- Adaptive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
