Technical Warehouse Specialist

Description:

Position Overview: They will repair units/machines, offer guidance during Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and provide essential service support. In addition, they will assist with fulfilling customer demo requests and offer technical support for the Texas region.

Position Description:

• Repair units/machines efficiently and accurately to meet quality standards.
• Offer service support, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to maintain optimal performance.
• Fulfill customer demo requests and showcase product features and benefits.
• Provide technical assistance & and operational training for customers in the Texas region.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in repair or service machinery of units
• Must have AWP(Aerial Work Platform) repair experience
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with MEWP and telehandlers.
• Basic competence in reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Must have tools required to repair and maintain construction equipment.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
