Territory Manager

Description:

PPG is seeking a Territory Manager to support The Home Depot stores in Augusta, GA. The role involves executing sales plans, growing the business within assigned territory accounts, and promoting PPG products across various customer segments including multi-family maintenance, facilities maintenance, residential repaint, hospitality, and government.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with The Home Depot management to develop and achieve sales growth plans

• Engage with customers in-store to identify opportunities for PPC products

• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to grow sales and manage PRO accounts

• Analyze territory sales reports and develop strategic plans for growth

• Identify and secure in-store merchandising opportunities (wing stacks, bulk stacks, end caps, etc.)

• Ensure product availability by managing automatic replenishment systems and inventory cycle counts

• Maintain color centers and product shelf organization, including shelf resets during Product Line Reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year experience (including education/internships)

• Willingness to work a 50-hour work week including base salary plus overtime

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
