Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of tort defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, and courtroom representation.

• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on large-scale defense cases involving premises liability, product defects, transportation, and workplace injury claims.

• Draft and argue motions, prepare case evaluations, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.

• Conduct legal research and prepare trial strategies that align with client goals and firm standards.

• Participate in appeals and support post-trial litigation efforts as needed.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality representation and strategic communication throughout all case phases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

• 1–5 years of tort defense or civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, products liability, transportation, or premises defense.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Excellent courtroom presence and a demonstrated passion for defense advocacy.

• Collaborative attitude and a commitment to long-term professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $200,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
