Key Responsibilities:

✔ Source healthcare professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies.
✔ Engage and build relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals.
✔ Sell the value of job opportunities beyond just pay rates.
✔ Negotiate pay and compensation terms with candidates.
✔ Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
✔ Ensure compliance with employment laws and HIPAA regulations.
✔ Proactively develop a book of business through consistent outreach.
✔ Serve as a liaison between healthcare facilities and candidates.
✔ Maintain and track candidate pipelines using CRM tools.

Requirements:

🔹 High school diploma or equivalent (required)
🔹 Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
🔹 Healthcare recruiting or sales experience (preferred)
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
