Travel Nurse

Description:

Rudish Health is seeking experienced Travel Nurses (RN) for Long Term Care in Haines, Alaska, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on providing comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients while coordinating care plans and participating in patient and family education. The position offers a structured 40-hour work week with 8-hour shifts, beginning August 4, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult-geriatric patients in long-term care settings.

• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to care plans.

• Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of long-term care experience.

• Valid Alaska RN license.

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong clinical and patient care skills.

• Travel healthcare experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.

• Completion of compliance requirements within 5 days.
