Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing predicate notices, pleadings, motions, and complex settlement agreements

• Taking and defending depositions

• Representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes in court

• Negotiating favorable outcomes for clients

• Participating in high-profile real estate litigation cases

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications: 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experience

• Strong negotiating skills

• Excellent computer and research skills

• Ability to work on high-profile and complex real estate cases
