Truck Driver

Description:

Air Products, a Fortune 500 leader in industrial gases, is seeking dedicated CDL-A Local Truck Drivers for their Puyallup, WA facility. The role involves safely delivering liquid Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Argon to customers within a 300-mile radius. Safety is the top priority, with many drivers achieving 1 million safe miles. Drivers will operate new equipment and join a progressive, safety-focused team. This role is eligible for Air Products’ Veteran Apprenticeship Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A vehicles to deliver industrial gases within a 300-mile radius.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a solid, accident-free driving record.

• Use provided PPE and adhere to company operational standards.

• Work bid schedules that cover afternoons, nights, and weekends in a 24/7 operation.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.

• Participate in safety and performance programs, including quarterly bonuses.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years recent experience driving Class A vehicles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Tanker and HazMat endorsements.

• No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years.

• Proven safety record and stable work history.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
