Description:
A leading global BPO organization, offering a comprehensive suite of onshore, nearshore, and offshore solutions — including Gen AI/Automation, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Analytics, and traditional call center services — is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales / Business Development professional to drive new logo acquisition across the United States. Known for their agility and deal-making appetite, the company offers a more responsive and flexible approach compared to traditional Tier 1 BPOs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new logo acquisition and generate significant new business across the U.S. market.
Sell comprehensive Contact Centre BPO solutions, including automation and customer journey technologies.
Independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with internal teams.
Build strong relationships with potential clients and position the company's innovative solutions effectively.
Provide a proven deal history demonstrating success in new business wins, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) counts, technology/automation components, and Total Contract Value (TCV).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in selling Contact Centre BPO solutions.
Demonstrated employment stability — minimum 3 years in a similar sales role with a single employer.
Engaging, charismatic personality with strong relationship-building skills.
Highly organized and capable of working autonomously while collaborating with a dynamic, successful sales team.
Ability to share a detailed deal sheet highlighting previous successful new logo wins.
Compensation:
Fixed salary negotiable between $180,000 and $250,000 annually.
Uncapped bonus structure.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $500,000 once established.
