Warehouse Associate

Description:

The Warehouse Associate I performs standard warehouse functions with growing independence and efficiency. This role requires prior warehouse experience and a demonstrated understanding of procedures, quality expectations, and warehouse technology.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Perform picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment activities
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse systems with minimal supervision
• Operating powered industrial material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Combilift)
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Identify and report process or safety concerns
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Warehouse Associate employees.
• Escalate inventory damage, shortages, or issues to a team lead or supervisor
