What We're Looking For:
🔹 Tech Lead Profile with experience in WebMethods or Java
🔹 10+ years of experience in development
🔹 At least 2-3 years of Tech Lead experience
🔹 3+ years of experience in WebMethods or Java development
🔹 Production support experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
♦️ Lead and mentor a team of developers in WebMethods and Java technologies
♦️ Design and implement integration solutions using WebMethods
♦️ Oversee production support and troubleshooting
♦️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
♦️ Ensure best practices and code quality in all development processes
