Account Executive

Description:

Synergy Interactive is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive to join its dynamic team in Chicago, IL. This on-site, full-time role is best suited for candidates with a strong background in agency project management who are highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work across cross-functional creative, strategy, and production teams.

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing timelines, organizing deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between the client and internal teams. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables

• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects

• Translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs

• Organize and maintain client feedback, notes, and assets to streamline workflow

• Prepare presentation materials and perform quality assurance on deliverables

• Provide ongoing project updates, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency environment (mandatory)

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities

• Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and resolving ambiguity

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and solutions-oriented
