Description:
Golin London is seeking a seasoned Vice President and Client Lead to oversee a global account centered on revolutionizing therapy and advancing the conversation on mental wellness. This senior role requires leadership of large-scale, integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines including earned media, influencer outreach, creative, strategy, and analytics.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for the client in Chicago, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless collaboration and execution. This position demands strong client relationship management, a deep understanding of integrated communications, and a passion for mental health advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic lead for a global mental wellness account.
Oversee multiple campaign workstreams: earned media, influencer marketing, social media, creative content, analytics, and issues preparedness.
Lead and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful, integrated communications.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the client as the day-to-day point of contact.
Provide strategic counsel on brand building and reputation management.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform client strategy.
Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets ensuring operational excellence.
Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
10 to 12 years of PR or communications experience, particularly in health, wellness, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
Proven track record managing large, multi-workstream integrated accounts.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills.
Expertise in earned media, influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and teams.
Passionate about mental wellness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $219,000 annually (dependent on skills, experience, and market factors).
