Net2Source (N2S), a global workforce solutions and IT consulting company headquartered in New Jersey, is seeking a Java Full Stack Lead/Architect to join their client team in New York City. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and lead the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices architecture, combined with a strong understanding of software design principles, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

As a Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for end-to-end software development — from design and architecture to implementation and deployment — ensuring that applications are secure, efficient, and aligned with client business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative digital solutions for a range of industry-leading clients across financial services, healthcare, retail, energy, and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Angular (17+).

• Architect and implement microservices-based systems to support enterprise-scale applications.

• Convert UX prototypes into responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and best design practices.

• Manage and guide a team of developers, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize back-end components, RESTful APIs, and integrations with databases such as Oracle and SQL.

• Work with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, Jenkins) to automate deployment and streamline delivery.

• Perform detailed design analysis, develop reusable components, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Handle data and system integration, version control, and ensure effective implementation of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, scalability planning, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Core Technologies: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Microservices, JMS MQ, Oracle, SQL, Unix Scripting

• Front-end Expertise: Angular 17+, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Responsive Design

• Tools & Frameworks: Git, Jira, Cucumber/TestNG, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines

• Architecture & Design: Object-oriented programming, design patterns, scalable system design

• Additional Skills: Kafka, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Java full stack development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect capacity.

• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and large-scale data-driven applications.
