Associate Attorney

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney specializing in Defense Personal Injury with strong trial exposure to join a respected Texas litigation firm. This role offers flexibility in billables, work location, and a supportive, collaborative culture with high-quality caseloads focusing on commercial auto defense (70%) and premises liability work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work.

• Handle a docket independently with support from paralegals and appellate attorneys.

• Travel for case requirements (primarily within DFW, occasional statewide).

• Participate in approximately 1 trial per month.

• Maintain high-quality casework while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

• Minimum of 3 years of defense personal injury litigation experience (commercial auto preferred).

• Must reside within 2 hours of Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
