The firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join their collaborative and mentorship-driven team. This position is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional with 3–6 years of industry experience to further develop their skills, gain deep exposure to client relationship management, and progress toward a lead advisor role.

As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will work closely with senior advisors to support and eventually manage client relationships, helping develop and implement tailored financial plans. The role includes preparing and presenting financial reports, attending client meetings, researching investment products and strategies, and assisting with portfolio and tax planning initiatives.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, hold or be pursuing a CFP® designation, and have a Series 65 or 66 license. Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro, along with strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, is essential.
