Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, part-time role based in Norfolk, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, mission-driven organization that delivers ABA therapy services in home-based settings across the state.

As a BCBA with Perfect Pair ABA, you will be instrumental in guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), creating personalized and evidence-based behavior programs, and working collaboratively with families and professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and supervise RBTs with supportive and compassionate communication.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans aligned with client goals and behavioral data.

Required Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Active LBA license as required by the state.

• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field.

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred before start date).

• Clean background check.

• Strong communication skills.
