Proclinical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Oncology Account Specialist to drive growth and support patients within a defined territory. The specialist will engage with healthcare professionals to provide oncology products, services, and critical information that ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes. The role requires strong account management, compliance adherence, and business planning skills to meet sales goals and build lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent oncology products in the U.S. marketplace, focusing on promoting product benefits.

• Develop and implement strategic territory business plans.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with oncologists, healthcare professionals, and institutions.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively positioning and selling oncology products.

• Maintain professional, compliant, and ethical brand representation adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Understand disease states, product portfolios, competitor products, and reimbursement pathways for injectable oncology medications.

• Manage territory resources, budgets, and operational activities efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with the regional business director and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong account management and sales competencies.

• Ability to analyze market and business drivers.

• Skilled at building professional relationships and teamwork in matrix environments.

• Proven multitasking abilities and deadline management.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
