Perfect Pair ABA is currently hiring Bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are fluent in Spanish to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services in home-based settings across Chester, Virginia. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized one-on-one ABA therapy sessions based on BCBA-developed treatment plans.

• Collect and track session data accurately and prepare session notes reflecting client progress.

• Collaborate closely with supervisors, team members, and caregivers to ensure consistency and quality in therapy delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a related field is preferred.

• Ability and willingness to obtain Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and capable of delivering bilingual support.
