Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree plus at least two years of progressive experience in advancement, membership or related area, or a combination of related education and work experience equal to at least six years.
• Experience with events management or project management.
• Requires occasional attendance at some weekend and evening events.
• Proficient in Google Workspaces, Microsoft Office or similar computer software. (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Thoughtful collaborator and project manager

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working for a mission-centered nonprofit organization.
• Strong experience with data management and analysis.
• Master storyteller - excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in annual giving or alumni relations
