Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Engage face-to-face with customers at big-box retail locations and community events to promote the company’s renovation services.

• Brand Representation: Represent Statewide Remodeling and Renuity with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.

• Lead Generation: Start conversations with customers and schedule free in-home consultations for a variety of home improvement projects.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a high-performing, fun team to meet individual and collective goals.

• Appointment Setting: Help customers understand their options and schedule appointments clearly and efficiently.

What They Offer:

• Guaranteed Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses: Opportunity to earn between $50,000–$80,000/year, with top performers earning over $80,000.

• Employment Type: Full-Time W2 employee (Part-Time roles also available).

Preferred Background & Transferable Skills:

Experience from the following industries is highly valued but not required:

• Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, or lead generation.

• Customer service (in-person or via call centers).

• Retail (sales associates, cashiers, merchandisers).

• Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff).

• Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts).

• Quick-service/fast food restaurants.

Key Qualifications:

• Availability on weekends is required.

• Outgoing, friendly, and motivated personality.

• Passion for engaging with the public and delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to work independently while staying goal-focused.

• Retail/customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
