Description:
Role will provide support for information technology systems of Individual and Family Plans and Supplemental benefits groups. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Triaging issues
Documenting in tools including Service Now
Working with business and delivery team members.
Working after hours for on call rotation, deployments, and/or critical issues
Other duties as assigned
Required:
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Information technology experience
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
