- Maintain CRM records and attend industry networking events.
### Requirements
- Experience in construction sales, business development, or equipment rental preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Existing construction industry connections are an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads and manage multiple opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
