What You’ll Do:
📊 Business Translation: Convert complex technical logic into business-friendly language, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
🔍 QA & Automation: Leverage your QA/Automation experience to enhance critical thinking and ensure the quality of systems and applications.
📝 Documentation & Presentations: Create clear and effective PPTs, decks, and Visio diagrams to communicate your findings, recommendations, and project updates.

What We're Looking For:
🧑‍💼 9-11 years of total organizational experience, ideally in Business Analysis with a technical background.
💻 Java/MF Development experience, with the ability to understand and assist with complex application logic.
💡 Business Analysis/Product Experience to translate technical language into meaningful business insights.
🔧 QA/Automation Background is a plus to enhance system understanding and critical thinking.
📊 Strong Presentation Skills: Experience creating effective presentations (PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) for various stakeholders.
