Must have Retail client experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a business data analyst role, preferably within the retail, tech, or hard goods industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
