As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industry trends to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM software.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the companys reach.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (Fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other sales software.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
