Business Development Leader

As they continue to expand, we are looking for Business Development Leader to help lead agency outreach, build long-term retail broker relationships and support sustained submission growth across key sectors such as construction, energy, environmental, and real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen relationships with top 100 retail agencies nationwide
• Travel regularly to meet agency partners, attend conferences and represent the firm
• Partner with carrier underwriters and internal service teams to align capabilities with market opportunities
• Clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition and offerings
• Drive submission flow through a mix of outbound prospecting, education and relationship-building
• Track and report on key sales metrics, CRM activity, and market insights
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to help refine business development strategy
