Business Development Manager

Storm4 is exclusively recruiting for a high-growth, market-leading Energy Procurement & Brokerage platform serving Commercial and Industrial clients across the United States. This client has developed an innovative technology solution that connects large energy consumers to the most cost-effective retail energy providers.

As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the Southwestern U.S. territory, focusing on establishing, growing, and closing large-scale energy procurement deals. You'll work with some of the largest energy-consuming sectors, including Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Data Centers, Petrochemicals, and Public Sector organizations.

This remote role offers a highly rewarding compensation structure with a base salary ranging from $100,000–$150,000, plus uncapped commission, totaling $200,000+ in On-Target Earnings (OTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire large commercial and industrial clients across the Southwestern U.S.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Build and nurture executive-level relationships and partnerships.

• Represent the company in client-focused events such as lunches, dinners, golf outings, and more.

• Structure and close multi-year energy supply agreements tailored to high-usage clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven success in deregulated energy sales.

• Recognized as a top-tier performer with strong sales achievements.

• Established network of executive-level contacts in relevant industries.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
