The Pay Way is hiring experienced Business Development Managers to drive POS and payment solutions sales to business owners.
Onsite | 🕙 10 AM – 6 PM | Full-time
Salary: $4,000 – $4,800 Basic per month + Commissions
Location: Houston, TX 77056
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads, pitch services & close deals
• Build long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
• 3+ years B2B / field sales experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Background in POS / merchant services preferred
