Business Development Representative

The Role: As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This is your chance to develop essential sales skills and set the foundation for a rewarding career in B2B sales.

This role has hourly rate plus an uncapped commission program. Year one total earning potential is $56K+.

What will you do?
 

• Engage in high-volume outbound calling to generate cold leads
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding daily call quotas
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and demo scheduling quotas
• Quickly adapt to objections and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to engage prospects effectively
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment while working independently to achieve targets

What We're Looking For
 

• High school diploma required; college degree or relevant work experience preferred
• 1-2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, Account Development, or Sales, with B2b SaaS (software) category experience preferred.
• Outbound call experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and willingness to be coached
