Description:
Edenred Pay USA is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their remote team and contribute to the company’s mission of revolutionizing B2B payments. This role focuses on increasing brand recognition, driving financial growth, and generating leads through various outreach strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and outside sales teams to convert qualified leads into new business opportunities.
This is a dynamic full-time remote opportunity for individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in the enterprise sales space.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads from online channels, nurture and qualify them
Prospect new clients via cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking
Collaborate with the marketing team and conduct independent research to source new leads
Qualify prospects through effective questioning and analysis
Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Actively support the sales cycle by coordinating with external and internal stakeholders
Demonstrate and promote the company's mission and values in all interactions
Meet or exceed performance goals contributing to organizational success
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proven B2B or B2C sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with or ability to learn CRM tools and office software
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, coachable, and team-oriented
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Background in sales, business development, or customer service with an eagerness to learn enterprise sales strategies
Data-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds
General office mobility and dexterity
