The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role at the start of the sales cycle, responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and generating new business through a variety of channels. As the first point of contact for many customers, they act as ambassadors for the company, working with prospects to understand their challenges and create and communicate value. As a Business Development Representative at Exclaimer, you'll sit at the front of our growth engine. You create pipeline. You open doors. You turn cold conversations into qualified opportunities.
We are looking for someone looking to take their next step in their sales journey and the right candidate will have at least 6 - 12 months experience in a Business Development Representative position within a SaaS environment. If you feel that you are not currently getting the right level of support and development to progress towards a closing role despite being a top performer then this could be the right role for you.
