Through your savvy business development abilities, you will reach out to the community and work with major corporations, consulting firms, law firms, non-profits, and other professional organizations. Your keen sense of style along with your ability to influence buying decisions will build a lucrative repeat clientele base. From maintaining the highest standards of customer service to optimizing sales strategies, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the boutique's success and continuing its reputation as a beacon of upscale women’s professional apparel.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES:

  • Prospect, develop and close sales with executive women and high-end clientele.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills, build your personal client portfolio, and drive client repurchase rates.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with our clientele ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and a memorable shopping experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming and luxurious store environment, providing personalized styling advice.

 

 

SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Prefer prior experience in sales, marketing, or upscale retail sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Sophisticated sense of fashion style who likes to sell and advise women.
  • Possesses a money-motivated mindset with a consultative approach.
  • Customer focused with an outgoing personality to build relationships and repeat customers.
  • Flexible to work some evenings (until 7 p.m.) and some Saturdays to fit the busy schedules of our professional women clientele.
