Chief Executive Officer

Description:

The Board of Trustees of the United Way of Tuscarawas County (OH) seeks a dynamic executive to lead the agency's fundraising efforts and oversee and participate in the organization's day-to-day functions

The CEO/President is a leader who is:

• An effective fundraiser
• A skillful manager of a small staff who is organized, efficient and capable of expanding and measuring impact
• A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships within the community
• A self-starter dedicated to the mission and vision of the United Way of Tuscarawas County
• A communicator who can tell the organization's story in person and across digital platforms
• A resident of Tuscarawas County or a contiguous county (or willing to relocate within a reasonable amount of time after accepting the position)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years managerial experience (with a non-profit health/human service agency preferred)
