Candidates must have

• a minimum of a graduate degree
• 3 years minimum experience in a Christian higher Ed environment
• documented proof that you have been actively involved with the social ministry of Christ i.e. prison ministry, community service, visiting the sick, homeless ministry
• proof that you have written and won multiple grants
• ability to travel
