CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join a growing team in Schaumburg, IL. This role is vital for ensuring the accurate preparation of cost estimates for commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of roofing systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing cost breakdowns for materials and labor, and ensuring estimates meet client expectations and company standards. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to high-value projects and play a key role in the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, blueprints, and requirements to fully assess roofing needs.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, including materials, labor, and overhead.

• Consult with contractors, suppliers, and clients to gather essential information for estimates.

• Utilize Edge Estimating software to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process.

• Stay current with roofing industry standards, materials, and new technologies to recommend the best solutions.

• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure estimates are aligned with budgets and project goals.

• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and collect data for estimates.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in commercial roofing estimating.

• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, including EPDM, PVC, and TPO.

• Experience with Edge Estimating software preferred.

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
