Construction Superintendent

Cyber Coders, a well-established family-owned general contractor with over a century of successful operations, is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their expanding team. Specializing in commercial construction projects, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and professionalism.

In this on-site role based in Rock Island, IL, the Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction sites from pre-construction through project completion. This includes managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, site safety, and ensuring projects are delivered to high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of construction projects

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades

• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards

• Monitor progress and performance against project timelines and budgets

• Address on-site issues and ensure timely resolution to prevent delays

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Proven ability to manage construction sites independently

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control practices

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
