Compliance Evaluator

Description:

EGW is currently seeking an experienced Compliance Evaluator to join their team in Louisville, KY. The role requires candidates with a strong background in the Natural Gas Industry who can effectively provide training, proctoring, and performance evaluations for employees and contractors. This is critical to ensuring that the requirements of the client’s Operator Qualification (OQ) Programs are met.

The Compliance Evaluator will work closely with the client to maintain safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the ongoing education and certification of personnel. Candidates must exhibit high integrity and be focused on the safety and integrity of the compliance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training, proctoring, and performance evaluations for employees and contractors

• Ensure compliance with Operator Qualification (OQ) Programs

• Maintain a high level of safety and compliance integrity in all training activities

• Work closely with EGW’s project management team to ensure proper execution of compliance tasks

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Natural Gas Industry

• Knowledge and experience in training, proctoring, and evaluating performance

• High level of personal integrity and a focus on safety and compliance

• Strong communication and organizational skills
