Key Duties:

• Manage all on-site construction activities specifically for Data Center projects.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress, risk, and budget reports.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing both small and large-scale Data Center construction projects.

• Strong knowledge and coordination skills in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
