Contract Specialist

Description:

Toyota Financial Services (TFS), the finance and insurance arm for Toyota and Lexus in North America, is seeking a passionate and motivated Contract Specialist to join their Dealer Funding Team. This role is key to ensuring that all Toyota Financial consumer contracts are compliant and funded within stated service levels while maintaining dealer satisfaction through responsive phone communication.

The role involves reviewing consumer contracts and book receivables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all applicable state, federal, and internal requirements. The specialist will verify contract rates, service charges, and calculations, enter data to book contracts, and cultivate strong dealer relationships. The position includes monitoring dealer trends, resolving funding issues, answering inbound dealer calls, making outbound calls to resolve held offerings, and performing various funding tasks such as contract corrections and rebate processing.

The position requires an onsite commitment in Chandler, AZ, with a 4-week mandatory onsite training (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday), followed by a schedule typically between 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, with a hybrid work model of 4 days onsite and 1 remote day (subject to change).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience reviewing consumer loans or credit information

• Preferred: At least 1 year of customer service/contact center experience

• Preferred: Experience managing contract review metrics and applying federal and state consumer loan regulations
