Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate transactions, managing documents and agreements with 4–8 years of experience.

• Draft entity formation, supply, and M&A agreements, negotiating with clients.

• Build and expand your transactional portfolio, enhancing expertise.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary Range: $190,000–$270,000 with a discretionary bonus.

What We Need From You:
