A well-established law firm in the Seacoast New Hampshire region is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base on a wide range of business and transactional matters while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team. This position will pay $95-140K depending on experience.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience practicing corporate or business law
- Strong background in advising businesses on day-to-day legal matters
- Experience with entity formation, governance, and compliance
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, negotiations, and risk management
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions or complex transactions is a plus
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Advise businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Assist with business formations, reorganizations, and dissolutions
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters
- Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to client objectives
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
