Crew Members will receive training to confidently perform in different stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

• Prepare and serve high-quality food by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.

• Learn and rotate through multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

• Contribute to creating a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment for customers and team members.

• Support team members and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• A friendly and enthusiastic personality.

• Strong passion for helping and serving others.

• Willingness to learn and develop cooking and restaurant operation skills.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
