Role Overview:
As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a key role in building and engaging THE HEART COMPANY’s community across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. This position requires passion for storytelling, awareness of trends, and the ability to create content that resonates emotionally with the audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create short-form video and visual content tailored for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

• Shoot, edit, and publish content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.

• Assist in ideating campaigns, content pillars, and storytelling moments.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop brand-aligned content strategies.

• Stay current with beauty, content creation, and cultural trends.

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, and AI platforms to streamline production processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content creation or social media, either on the agency or brand side.

• Proficient in video production, editing, and graphic design.

• Strong aesthetic sense, understanding of movement, and storytelling skills.

• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut; familiarity with Canva and AI tools is a plus.

• Knowledgeable about beauty and lifestyle trends as well as online culture.

• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with beauty or lifestyle brands.

• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing UGC-style content.

• Skills in photography, stop motion, or motion graphics.
