Four String Media, LLC, a leader in magazine media and direct marketing, is actively seeking a Director of B2B Accounts to join their team at their Westport, CT office. This on-site leadership role is ideal for a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in managing B2B publishing accounts and overseeing circulation strategies for requester, controlled, and BPA-audited titles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team while simultaneously managing multiple publishing accounts, ensuring efficient operations and strategic growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B media landscape, circulation metrics, and fulfillment operations, including hands-on experience working with systems such as Omeda and other fulfillment houses.

This is a key strategic role that contributes directly to the success of client publishing operations and internal delivery standards. It offers the opportunity to lead high-profile accounts and drive performance in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all aspects of B2B publishing accounts, ensuring compliance with controlled circulation and BPA audit requirements.

• Oversee and lead a team responsible for account execution and support.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and delivery of business objectives.

• Utilize and manage Omeda and other B2B fulfillment tools to ensure optimal circulation operations.

• Coordinate across departments to align business goals with account management strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in B2B publishing or circulation management

• Deep familiarity with requester, controlled, and BPA-audited publications

• Proficiency with Omeda and other B2B fulfillment systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple publishing accounts

• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide internal teams and collaborate with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in media marketing or direct mail strategy

• Prior success in a high-volume, deadline-driven publishing environment

Salary: $5833/month ($70,000/year) + bonus depending on experience
