Director Of Business Development

Description:

The Business Development Director has overall responsibility to plan, implement, and monitor the marketing plan for the facility. The Director of Business Development provides a framework to assist the facility plan for future growth.

• Formulates, directs and coordinates business development activities and procedures to promote the facility's treatment services;
• Identifies, develops and evaluates business development strategies, based on knowledge of the facility's goals and objectives, market characteristics and cost of services;
• Develops the necessary market research, forecasting, follow up and budget for the facility's marketing plan in conjunction with the CEO;
• Directs the hiring, training and performance of the Business Development Representatives and oversees their daily activities;
• Organizes and executes special events and tours for the facility;
• Maintains apporopriate database of community demographic data and service utilization statistics to be used in planning and program development
