Description:

This individual will be a key player for our firm. The Job Captain’s responsibilities will include design development, producing & coordinating construction documents with the Principal Architect and Consultants. The Candidate should have experience in commercial architecture.

Additional important preferred requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years’ experience including Commercial Projects.
• Perform assignments and arrive at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives from Team leaders.
• Good team skills and work ethic.
• Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence to technical issues.
• Relationship skills for clients, contractors, and staff.
• Flexibility in assignments and team leadership.
• Proficient writing and verbal communication skills.
• AutoCAD Proficiency Mandatory.
• Compensation is based on experience.
• Being familiar with UBC Codes is helpful.
