Project Architect

Description:

A typical and great day for you would be collaborating with co-workers on all phases of design including initial programming, planning, feasibility, scope, and concept development, and providing drafting support through detailed design and construction documentation. You are encouraged to participate/volunteer in an industry trade organization.

· Passion for people; is an active listener seeking to understand before any response is given

· Has a desire for self-improvement, continuing education and self-reflection.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or construction in a similar role

· Basic functionality in relevant computer software:

o AutoCAD and Revit – there will be a test for both

o SketchUp and Enscape

o Microsoft Office Suite

o Adobe Creative Suite

· Excellent verbal and written communication as well as time management skills

· Dynamic and captivating presentation skills
