Electrical Engineer II

Description:

We’re looking for a problem-solver with expertise in electrical design, motors, and embedded systems, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to innovate. You’ll be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support across multiple departments. This role also offers the opportunity for occasional travel to customer sites—both domestically and globally.

What You’ll Do:
 

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and electrical engineering standards
• Analyze customer challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Apply Six Sigma tools for structured root cause analysis
• Perform system-level testing and validation for reliability and performance
• Provide technical support to production, quality, sales, and operations teams
• Design and develop test frameworks, including manual and automated test fixtures
• Drive engineering investigations alongside service and lab technicians
• Create technical documentation, manuals, and application notes
