Key Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment tasks efficiently to ensure timely shipment of healthcare products.

• Operate and learn to use power industrial equipment (training provided).

• Walk up to 10 miles per shift while handling various order processes.

• Lift and move products weighing 20 to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety standards within the warehouse.

• Participate in McKesson’s Vitality Wellness Program to earn health discounts through active engagement.

• Support high-demand operational needs, including occasional extended hours based on demand.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no previous warehouse experience required.

• Ability to walk long distances during shifts (up to 10 miles).

• Physical capability to lift 20–50 lbs repetitively without assistance.

• Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (or until shift completion).

• Eagerness to learn and operate warehouse equipment and automation tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $21.81 starting, increasing to $23.15 within 12 months.

• Incentive plan: Up to an additional $1.75/hour for top performers.

• Monthly equivalent: approximately $3490 – $3710 per month (excluding incentives).

Work Environment

• Schedule flexibility may be required during high-demand periods; schedules are shared at least two weeks in advance.
